Michal Vosyka, HOPI Holding

Michal Vosyka is a graduate of economic studies and the organization and management of production at the Škoda Auto University and the Technical University of Liberec. From the very beginning, he has combined his career with lean production chains and packaging processing, which are gaining global attention. At LEGO, he implemented packaging processes and technologies that rapidly shortened lead time to bring products to market for 10 years. However, compared to logistics, production has certain limitations, which is why it has focused its concentration on the last four years on maximizing logistics added value for the customer. Since 2019, he has been working in the successful multinational family company HOPI as an innovation manager in Value Added Services.
