Hana Nováková, ENVI – PAK

Mgr. Hana Nováková, LL.M., MBA is the chair of the board and general director of the producer responsibility organization ENVI – PAK. She studied law at the Law Faculty of the Comenius University Bratislava and management at The Open University Business School in Great Britain. She worked in several multinational companies in various professional positions, where she was also a member of top management. In 2003, as a representative of one of the founders, she helped found the company ENVI – PAK, which in 2004 became the first authorized organization in the Slovak Republic. Since 2005, she has held the position of general director of ENVI – PAK, and in 2007 she became the chair of the board of directors of this company. She is an active member of various associations. In the field of waste, these are the international associations EXPRA and PRO-EUROPE, which bring together most European organizations dealing with ensuring the obligations of producers arising from EU packaging and waste directives.
