Ewa Mlynarczyk has been working at Gold Drop for nineteen years, performing various functions. As a technologist, she develops new product formulas and production technologies that lead Gold Drop to sustainable development. She is also an environmental specialist who implements, coordinates and oversees waste management practices. She is also a quality controller in all stages of production with responsibility for the quality of the production process and input raw materials, including compliance with legislative requirements regarding product labeling. In private, she enjoys spending time nature, leading an ecological lifestyle and playing with her dog Hector.
