Rostislav Hrbáček, AVENA

Rostislav Hrbáček grew up in an entrepreneurial environment. After graduating from grammar school, he continued his studies in the Economics and Management bachelor’s program at NEWTON College in Brno. He completed his third year through distance learning, as he had already joined the family business, AVENA, starting as a sales representative and later taking over the management of the entire operation. He has been with the company since 2008, and under his leadership, production at the Bzenec facility has increased fortyfold. A new era began in 2021, marked by significant investments in development and technical infrastructure. For him, work is also a passion – he finds fulfillment in the opportunity to constantly create and move the company forward.
