Roman’s path to the printing industry was practically destined—his father was a trained typesetter who spent his entire career in the field. This fascination with printing led Roman to enroll at the Integrated Secondary School of Printing in Brno, where he studied Printing Machine Operator. After graduation, he worked in various positions within the printing industry, gaining extensive experience. In 2011, as Litobal launched its first production line for paper bags, Roman joined the company as a sales representative for the Czech Republic, a position he still holds today.
