He started in the field of chemical recycling as a research project manager for chemical recycling technologies, where he was responsible for coordinating research activities in this area. However, with the gradual development of know-how in this area, he moved to the position of project manager for chemical recycling in the capital group ORLEN Unipetrol, where activities related to the very development of chemical recycling on an industrial scale came to the fore. The key goal thus gradually became the implementation of chemical recycling on an industrial scale within the Czech Republic, a role to which the refining and petrochemical company ORLEN Unipetrol is actively applying, exactly in accordance with the published ORLEN Unipetrol 2030 strategy for a sustainable future. The combination of education in the field of oil processing and subsequent production of fuels and petrochemicals (he holds an engineering degree from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague) with experience in managing development projects in the automotive sector gives him all the necessary prerequisites to succeed in the roles he holds and thus help to apply chemical recycling technology in the Czech Republic more widely.
