René has always loved cooking, cooking and travelling. Therefore, full of vigour and knowledge gained through his studies, he set out into the world, where he cooked and travelled. As a traveling chef, he tried many things, gained experience and fell in love with vertical farming. The idea of combining this farming with microgreens came about while travelling through New Zealand and Finland. Upon his return to the Czech Republic in 2019, he founded Little Luko, a start-up project now focused on B2B in the gastro and retail segment.
