Since 2020 he has been Group Head of Private Label at Rohlik Group. He is responsible for the development of private labels across all countries where Rohlik Group operates. He is tasked with building the European private label portfolio and sourcing suitable products and suppliers. Prior to joining Rohlik Group, he spent nearly 11 years at Lidl Czech Republic, where he first led private label and later branded product buying. From 2006-2008 he worked as National Key Account Manager at Cleverbee, a software company. In 2006 he received his PhD in Business Economics and Management from the University of Economics in Prague. He is married and has three children.
