Ondřej Oliva comes from Pardubice. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the field of recycling and plastics processing. After graduating from the Faculty of Technology of Tomas Bata University in Zlín in 2004, he began his career at Transform Lázně Bohdaneč, which is one of the largest processors and producers of final products from mixed plastic packaging from municipal plastic waste. He was responsible for the quality and purchase of raw materials, which served as a source for further processing and production. At the same time, he held the position of quality manager and also participated in development projects aimed at increasing processing and production capacity. This experience enabled him to join SUEZ CZ in 2014, where he works as a manager of special projects and is practically part of the LDPE recycling project from the very beginning. SUEZ CZ is currently the largest processor in the Czech Republic, which produces regranulate from waste polyethylene films. Ondřej is responsible for the purchase and quality of waste films entering recycling technologies. He is now part of a team working on the development of recycling technology for the processing of PVC waste.
