Miroslav Bárta, DS Smith

Miroslav Bárta has more than 20 years of experience in the field of packaging design. He currently holds the position of manager of packaging solution designers at DS Smith, where he is responsible for development with regard to the further processing of packaging and its use in the entire cycle up to recycling. In 2008, he became a senior designer at DS Smith and in this position gained a wealth of experience in the field of design and development of new packaging solutions. In 2016, he was promoted to the position of manager of packaging solutions designer, where he is now responsible for the entire team of designers and the coordination of their work. Miroslav is an expert in the development and production of packaging, including its design, functionality and sustainability. He is also an experienced project manager and is able to manage teams and achieve set goals.
