Milan Jeřábek is Operations Director at VAFO Group, where he is responsible for the strategic development of manufacturing activities and the integration of foreign manufacturing acquisitions into the Group. He has more than 35 years of experience in leading and motivating teams. He started his career in the brewing industry, where he progressed through all positions from operator, shift foreman to head brewer and supply chain director at Staropramen and Molson Coors. He also worked in the management of the multinational Danone Group, where he was responsible for activities in the Czech Republic, Poland and Japan.
