Michaela Horáková, LEGO Production

Michaela Horáková holds the position of general manager of the LEGO factory in Kladno. The factory is one of the company’s five production plants worldwide, with the others being in Denmark, Hungary, Mexico, and China. Michaela, who has worked for the company for thirteen years, leads a team of three and a half thousand employees in Kladno. Before taking over the Kladno factory, she worked for nearly eight years as vice president and head of packaging and molding at the company’s factory in Monterrey, Mexico. Since returning to the Czech Republic, she has headed the teams responsible for producing building blocks and internal logistics. She has overseen the factory since May 2023.
