Michaela Bernatová has been working at Nestlé since 2000, almost all the time in the trade marketing department in various positions in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. She is interested in shoppers and how to influence them at the point of sale. For the past seven years, together with her team, she has been responsible, among other things, for sales solutions for Nestlé confectionery for individual sales channels – from hypermarkets to convenience stores to gas stations. She enjoys planning and being creative. This is necessary not only when looking for ways to harmonize the required solutions (understand, for example, stands), but also to make them as green as possible if one takes into account the amount produced each year.
