Jan Zadák

Jan Zadák was until recently one of the top Czech managers in the world. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague where he completed his doctoral studies in 1992. He spent 20 years at Compaq / Hewlett Packard, where he served in senior management, including CEO of EMEA, global vice president of worldwide sales and then president of services. He is currently engaged in lecturing, consulting and investment management. During his more than 20 years of senior management experience, he has accumulated unique experience in leadership, strategic planning, improving sales capabilities and day-to-day business management in America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. With a global career in the IT industry, it offers a unique insight into the issues of digitization, automation, robotics and their impact on business.
