Jan Kaprhál, Smurfit Kappa

After graduating from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University, he designed roads, later even building them in his position of construction manager. However, there was no room for great creativity. Paper and cardboard bring this opportunity every day, which is why he has enjoyed Smurfit Kappa’s participation in innovative projects and bringing customers interesting packaging solutions for nine years. The possibilities of corrugated cardboard are vast, and it is clear that creativity has its place on the packaging market. And the biggest surprise for him was that the knowledge of construction is successfully applied, or even necessary, in packaging.
