David Lukáč, EKO-KOM

David is an EPR expert and municipal waste management specialist who works as the head of system development at the authorized packaging company EKO-KOM. He has been involved in strategic development, analysis, and research at AOS for 10 years. He actively participates in international discussions on new packaging and waste legislation and takes part in meetings of European expert groups preparing implementation acts or methodological recommendations. His work combines technical knowledge with environmental policy, education, and communication. He studied environmental chemistry and technology at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague and has been involved in waste management and technical environmental protection since graduating.
