Dana Kilárska graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hotel management abroad. She gained her work and managerial experience while working in luxury hotels both abroad and in Slovakia. In 2009, her father persuaded her to join the family company Purgina, where she gradually went through various departments. Since 2016, she has been running the company as the executive director. During her work she tries to constantly educate herself – for example, she studied MBA Finance in Vienna in English, completed a sommelier course, a Franklin Covey course, speaks 4 world languages and is learning more. The development of the printing and packaging industry is important to her. She is active in the international association Finat, where she was the president of the Finat Young Managers Club for one term and a full member of the board of the international Finat association, which brings together printers, suppliers and subcontractors from around the world.
