Andrea Vozníková has been working in market research for more than 19 years, and of that more than ten years in research agencies. She learned marketing research from scratch: She started with data processing, then she tried interviewing and recruiting, and for the last 16 years she has been a research consultant. In her career, she has researched everything from banking through IT to medical products. She specializes in fast-moving consumer goods and retail chains (food, drugstores, fast food). She works for top brands like Coca-Cola, Kofola, Mattoni, Staropramen, Budvar, Danone, Coop, Albert, Kaufland, Rossmann, Unilever, Dr. Oetker, KFC and many others.
Andrea currently works at InsightLab, a full-service market-research consulting agency operating in the CEE region. She is in charge of the consumer research department, primarily for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also for the entire region. She is the president of POPAI/Shop! Global (POPAI is the Central European branch of the world association Shop!, which represents the field of point-of-sale marketing – marketing at-retail – and works for professionals in this field). At POPAI, she is also in charge of the education section. She is also a member of the Franchising Club, which is operated by the Czech Institute for Franchising (CIFRA), a national center for educational, popularization, consulting, publishing and scientific activities in franchising and related fields.
