Andrea Vozníková has been working in market research for more than 18 years, of which more than ten years has been spent in research agencies. She learned marketing research from scratch: she started with data processing, then she tried interviewing and recruiting, and for the last 15 years she has been a researcher-consultant. During her career, she has researched everything from banking, through IT to medical products. She is mostly involved in fast-moving consumer goods and retail (food, drugstores, fast food). She works for brands such as Coca-Cola, Kofola, Mattoni, Staropramen, Budvar, Danone, Coop, Albert, Kaufland, Rossmann, Unilever, Dr. Oetker, KFC and many others.
Andrea has been working for three years for the largest business intelligence agency in the world, Nielsen, where she covers the consumer research department for the Czech and Slovak Republics. She is also a member of the executive board of POPAI/Shop! Global (POPAI is the Central European branch of the world association Shop!, representing the field of point-of-sale marketing and working for professionals in this field). Within POPAI, Andrea is in charge of the education section. She is also a member of the Franchising Club (Nielsen is a partner of the club), which is operated by the Czech Institute for Franchising (ČIFRA), which is a national center for educational, popularization, consulting, publishing and scientific activities in franchising and related fields.
