Jaroslav Vodáček, Tesco Stores

Jaroslav Vodáček is a graduate of the Technical University of Technology, where he studied technical environmental protection. Jaroslav gained experience in waste management at AVE CZ. Subsequently, he headed the purchasing department in a wholesaler dedicated to the sale of technical plastics and materials for the production of advertising. Then he worked for five years as a senior consultant in the consulting division of EY. At EY he was responsible for projects in the field of sustainability and environmental protection. Since 2021, he has worked at Tesco Stores, where he leads the team responsible for the packaging agenda. The aim of the team is to find the best compromise between the different functions of packaging and to bring environmental requirements for packaging to the forefront.
